Hi Mandy - probably best you start a new thread with your question, as more people will read it - also worth reading lots of the old threads on here - lots of good questions and replies! When you have phioned court and made an appointment, you are officially BR on day of your hearing, but you mau have to wait for OR interview. They may make an order for you to make payments for 3 years out of surplus income but depends on whether you have one or not! You prob could not keep your car as far as i know.Try the insolvency service website for basic advice, and speak to a debt advice charity asap! Good luck10
