I bought one of these a while back, but unfortunately it is not compatible with Apple Mac computers, which is a real shame as it seems a good deal.

Mine arrived this morning. thanks OP but I am having real problems loading the software. The icon loads onto my program files but when I click on the "Photo Viewer" shortcut icon it tells me no photo viewer is found. Anyone managed to load this, looks like there are some issues having read the pay.com reviews.

Having had many issues with the poto viewer software not opening i have found a answer which may/may not work.... BUT PLEASE TRY THIS...

    1) Downlaod the software on the disk as requested. (YES IT WILL STILL NOT OPEN THE VIEWER SOFTWARE.

    2) DISCONNECT THE CABLE, THE RE- CONNECT It will come up on the display
    " USB CHARGE"
    "USB UPDATE"

    3) Scrool to usb update and the round button on the back push....

    4) At this stage you should the see..(bottom right hand corner of your computer near time clock the hardware icon come up as you connect the cable), Leave for a second or so...

    5) Go back to the icon on your computer photo viewer and HOPEFULLY it will open.....

I hope this helps anyone, it did me..... Any further help please pm me......

p.s you may find you HAVE to do this every time to OPEN the viewer, well i do!!!!

p.ps remember to disconnect, the re connect to charge. i.e instead of usb update, hit usb charge....

    Thanks would be brillllllllllll.....

  • Hmm.. software worked first time for me. One thing to mention - do it in this order:

    1. Connect keyring to USB cable + PC
    2. Set to USB update
    3. Launch software
    4. Select photos and syncronise

Mine arrived yesterday, the dog got to it before me. I have a postbox outside but only big enough to get letters in!!. He opened the envelope and the box, chewed the cable into about 20 different pieces but luckily not the keyring. The b/f found that an old cable we had for a phone worked ok. So its ok and works great. Must remember to send deliveries to my mums address in future.

Thanks op for a great bargain.
