SKY+, Grab a copy to DVD or tape before it's too late!!!

Grab a copy while you can!
The sky plus upgrade Deleted my Live8!
I was fortunate enough to get tickets for Live8 and recorded the complete Live8 from the BBC (in two 6 hour programmes).
The Sky+ upgrade deleted them on Tuesday night. It left everything else though. I guess it was something to do with them being very long. I'm absolutely gutted. Customer services apologised and said the upgrades have caused loads of problems deleting files and causing the boxes to hang.
Suggest anyone who has any long programmes grabs a copy to tape or DVD whilst you still have them!
If anyone has a copy on DVD please please can you send me a copy.

I suggest people copy their important programmes to DVD or tape as they may be accidentally deleted during the upgrade.0
