Foreign Pension Cheques.

I will be retiring in a few months and expect to be receiving pension cheques from Switzerland and the United States. I would like to keep as much as possible of these cheques for myself and not help to fund the obscene profits of the banks. Does anybody have suggestions as to how I can cash these cheques at minimum cost, preferably zero ?
I am open to all creative options. Thank you in advance, David.

Citibank will give you accounts in both currencies at zero cost.

And ... you only pay tax on 90% of the pensions!
