In debt, advice appreciated

I've recently got into quite a lot of debt with credit cards/loans and am unsure how to get out of it. I have an excellent credit rating due to always paying on time but my debt is getting so large now I'm afraid of losing that. Has any one any advice on what I should do? I also have three mortgages but can't take any money out of my properties. Any advice greatly appreciated.
