It is very quiet isn't it - And there is me trying to dodge my chores

I keep on meaning to get my head around MB but still haven't, too lazy. I am an analyst in my job so I am sure that should help me with it I am just too bone idle to check it out properly. Maybe that should be my aim for the weekend.

Other than that I only have cleaning my room and walking 20 miles (tomorrow) on my to do list, oh and LOTS of washing.

One of the problems with being an (ex)spendaholic is that I have loads of clothes and can avoid doing any washing for weeks, then when I do it I have to do about 7 loads.

I wish i could say the same myself when not working, i tend to mooch around in same clothes.
Am sat in jim jams and dressing gown at mo, so no washing for me today.

Afternoon everyone. I'm busy procrastinating at the moment. The weather's still nice up in Leeds so I've got 3 loads out on the line drying.

I've been looking at buying one of those ceiling airers (you lower it with rope & pulleys) and the washing can be 'hung' indoors. Am wondering whether I should get one and *risk* getting rid of the tumble drier - it was G rated 10 years ago when Wayne bought it:eek: so I dread to think what rating it would attract today:o.

Planned some meals for the month last night and did the weekly shop this morning - spent £30, cupboards are all full and I even bought a couple of things ahead of time that were on offer (and would keep). Am hoping to get monthly shopping total down from £250 so think I've made progress today.

I'm going to batch cook 4 lots of veggie chilli tomorrow, but realised I only bought 1 tin of kidney beans, so might be a bit stingy there, but I've plenty of mushrooms, onions and peppers to make it extra spicy!

Anyway, a la Terminator... "I'll be back!" Have a great afternoon everyone.

sounds a bit odd - go into your ebay account (not via any email you've received, but through ebay.co.uk) and check My Ebay and any messages you've been sent. If they are genuine, the message will be duplicated there.

Aaaaarrrrrggghhh Nasty clothes eating moths in my wardrobe (well only seen one but there are bound to be MILLIONS)

I HATE MOTHS - Just sanded the cedar to encourage them to !!!! of and set up home elsewhere.

When all my clothes are hung up I don't have enough coat hangers, I have located this many that are empty so far...

Sod it - can't make it work, trust me there are loads

Jacs - with any luck it is either nothing to worry about or else has been caught early and can be sorted. Was it just a routine eye test?

    Fingers crossed
