Hey ladies, don't knock it until you've tried it. I personally haven't done the Mooncup, but a LOT of women love it. Maybe don't be so quick to judge?

I love my mooncup - wouldn't like to use anything else now. Why is catching blood in a cup that can be steralised more 'rank' than absorbing it in unsterile, chemically bleached fibre? Once the blood is in the cup it's no longer in contact with your body which cannot be said for more conventional methods.

I'm sorry if I've offended anyone & it is me being "set in my ways" and a little prejudice, I just don't think I would like to use one I don't use tampax as had TSS when I was 20 & put me off for life but each to there own!!!! xxxxxxx

cheers, have entered as i am curious, but sounds a lot better than what was described to me previously by a friend - she made it sound like it was a bowl of some sort that you put in your pants! :eek: :rotfl: don't think i'll be rushing out to buy one but if i win one i'll definately give it a go

If you feel any resistance when you try to get your Jam Sponge out it is probably not ready, so just leave it a bit longer, but no longer than 8 hours.
