I love my mooncup - wouldn't like to use anything else now. Why is catching blood in a cup that can be steralised more 'rank' than absorbing it in unsterile, chemically bleached fibre? Once the blood is in the cup it's no longer in contact with your body which cannot be said for more conventional methods.0

If you feel any resistance when you try to get your Jam Sponge out it is probably not ready, so just leave it a bit longer, but no longer than 8 hours.
 Wouldn't it have burnt by then???? :rotfl::rotfl:0
