hiya,
i quite often buy pepperoni, its goodfor making a so so meal taste much posher!!
you could do toasties, or a tomato based pasta dish and chop some up into that?? it freezes well too. whenever i get mine i divide it up into little cling film wraps of 10 pieces each, it only takes about an hour to defrost and im still here to tell the tale!!:D

Hi, somebody suggested a lovely recipe which I tried last month from the grocery challenge but I couldn't find it. any way it consisted of
salami - but pepperoni is more or less that !
onions
mushrooms/peppers (frozen or fresh)
tin toms (value ones will do fine)
frozen peas
cream cheese (i used mascapone as I had it in lovely!)
dry fry pepperoni add onions til soft add other veg then when cooked stir through some cream cheese add to pasta. Yummy.LBM 17th April 2007:j

I'd use it in a pasta sauce with some value toms and garlic and herbs.
Or pasta sauce with cream cheese (stir it in a saucepan until it melts and then gently stir in some milk to get the right thickeness)
Or in a soup with tomatoes veggies beans and garlic to serve with HM bread - uses up any odd veg you have in the cupboard too.0
