1. How to enter this Competition:

2. Prize is hot air balloon ride for one person and lunch for two people; and a goody bag. Hot air balloon ride to be organised in consultation with the winner, subject to availability.
3. Closing date is 12/05/2008; all entries must be made by midnight on this date.
4. The prize does not include transportation to or from the venue, or any other costs not included as part of the prize pack above
5. The winner will be notified by email; the prize will be delivered within 28 days of notification.
6. Only one entry per person.
7. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
8. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are legally binding.
9. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
10. Entrants must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Employees of Play.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

I normally hit the thanks button whenever I'm grateful to the OP for the comp alert. However, I'd like to pass on particular thanks for the continual reminder to opt out of emails at the BOTTOM of this form. If the reminder wasn't there, I'd continually forget. It's a bit sneaky having the GO button way above the opt out button.
