Hi Nala
In Scotland, water rates are included in our Council Tax.
Now, as for selling a property, if it comes to it, I'll do it. God knows it'll be a weight of my shoulders and would let me get back in a position to be able to invest in other projects.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Hi and welcome to the boards

€50 a month for groceries seems incredibly low ?? Also, your first mortgage is a airly low amount but the monthly repayments on it seem quite high, could you extend the term on this? Or could you add the secured debt onto it making the interest rate better on it?Mortgage Total: £49,992/ £75,000

Sorry 'bout that. The 47k mortgage payments are c. £216.00 a month. The 140k mortgage has payments of c. £722.00 a month. I guess I got the numbers in the wrong places there.
I'd love to bring the secured debt in to the mortgage but my smaller mortgage is with Lloyds TSB and I've a payment arrangement with them for a CC and a Loan so I doubt very much that they'd give me more money.
The second, larger mortgage, is with Northern Rock. They turned me down for secured borrowing recently but I might try them again soon.
I'd rather have these debts cleared and add it all to my mortgages so I can start getting my credit file repaired.
Do you think a call to CCCS is worthwhile even though I'm in arrangements with creditors already?
