Wondering if anyone can help. My partner has been off sick since 8th April, he was in work on the Monday but not from the Tuesday onwards. His work have said he will get 54 pounds ssp a week, is this correct, my understanding was it would be around 75 pounds per week.

Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:

The weekly rate of SSP is £75.40 for employees with average weekly earnings of £90 or more.

SSP is not paid for the 1st 3 days of sickness so perhaps the £54.00 is payable for the first week (minus the 3 days) then it £75.40 per week0
