Cheapest PS2 Console?

Amazon have the Black (slimline) PS2 for £96.99 inc P&P. ToysRus online (in store?) have the same but with 3 games (A soccer one, Animanics and Tetris) for £104.99 + P&P.

Woolworths are doing the PS2 for £104 with 2 games, F1 and simpsons I think, if I where you I'd wait till closer to crimbo, the PSP will take over and with the launch of the xbox360 the price of the PS2 will come down further.

I hope so anyway because I'll be buying 1 for my 5 year old :rolleyes:

I want a driving game for a playstation thingy so I can get familiar with the Nuremburgring (spelling!) as I want to take my Cooper S for a few circuits. Can anyone suggest the best game for this?

I just bought a brand new silver ps2 (new small version) a few days ago plus the new Real World golf

having tried it its not for me so will sell them both cheaper than I bought them

Gran Turismo 4 I expect for PS2. For PC its FIA GTR (Nurburgring Nordschleife is a free addon). As to getting familiar with it from a game, with 73 bends spread over 13 miles, its near-on impossible especially as a lot of visual markers on the game (trees) are different at the track.

Theres a LOT of free videos on the web of cars and bikes going round. May be of more benefit to you.
