Post in here, it's the BR & IVA forum, someone with more knowledge than me will be able to offer better assistance.
However, I'm certain from your posts, you've been miss sold and IVA, ask the people in that forum above, they'll put you right.
Good luck
It does sound like it .. IVA's I thought were meant really for people with houses or assets etc to stop them losing them .. don't they still wreck your credit rating almost the same as BR?:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
Yes they do, IVA's ONLY APPLY TO A VERY SMALL % OF PEOPLE, I'm within that %, and am in the process of applying for an IVA.It does sound like it .. IVA's I thought were meant really for people with houses or assets etc to stop them losing them .. don't they still wreck your credit rating almost the same as BR?Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

I guess I'm stuffed, however I look at it. Even if I was mis-sold, I donl't expect there's anything I can do about it now!
I think what I'm going to do is put any extra money aside, and just look to the future!
Thanks for all your advice guys, I really appreciate it.0 -
Nicola, post in that forum (the link is in my post above) the guys will tell you whether there is anything you can do about it.Even if I was mis-sold, I donl't expect there's anything I can do about it now!
With an IVA, from my understanding, you have to revalue your assets in year 4 of the IVA.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
