Zing Issue 3 Arrived

Every time I e-mail to ask when the next issue will come out, the e-mail is returned to me and I can;t get a reply.

Just got this reply finally, which is a bit vague:

"Issue 4 is currently being printed and will be sent to you soon!

Leandre"

I don't think they know when it will come out.

I got a similar email from Leandre on the 12th. I wish they would tell us a bit more about when it is expected. It is already about a week later in the month than the last issue arrived.

I finally asked for a refund. After supposed delivery problems, then them not publishing on time because they were not happy enough with the offers they had, then everything going quiet again I asked for my money back.

Smoe of the offers were ok but not worth benig messed abuot for.

This is the reply I got:

"Dear Sirs/Madam

Thank you very much for your email.

We do apologizes for a delay with Zing! magazine.

At the moment we are still waiting for a next issue.

I really understand that you have a right to be disappointed.

That’s way we would like to offer you a refund for outstanding numbers of your magazine.

You should received your refund within 21 workings days.

When we sort it out things with the magazine I’ll post to you next two copy of the magazine as a complimentary copy free of charge.

Please let me know what do you thing about it.

In order to process your refund can you please supply me with your name surname address and postcode.

This email was dated 23/10/06 - I checked my bank statement but no refund as yet. Will check the next one when it comes. No real surprise that I have not received another magazine yet either.

If anyone wants the email address I got the above email from, please PM me.

I got a refund in January when it started going belly up, really glad i did too i think its appalling.

I received the same e-mail as outbidder a few weeks ago, sent off my address as requested and a cheque arrived in the post a few days later. Got to admit I was expecting a long wait, so was pleaswantly surprised.
