I emailed and received a refund within 2 weeks. i just decided enough was enough!!!

I went to Red Apple Publishing website and requested my refund as I had had no reply from the office manager (radek.koziol@redapplepublishing.co.uk) whom I'd also emailed.
Refund arrived last Saturday - much to my surprise - so don't give up!

I've just had am email from them stating:

Dear subscriber



Due the various delays in publication we have decided to refund your outstanding subscription to Zing!.



We intend to publish Zing! again on a regular basis from the end of 2007. As soon as we start publishing we will send you a complimentary copy of each issue until the end of 2008 as a small thank you for your patience and understanding.



We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.

i've been sent a cheque for around a fiver - yippee!

I received a cheque for £6 yesterday apologising for the delays etc/refunding my subscription and saying they would send me a complimentary copy.

Hi, I am a bit shocked to receive a cheque from zing (it's only £5.25) but the thing is I wasn't too bothered as the vouchers I got from previous zing mags more than covered my £9 subscription charge but hey that is thoughtful of them. cheers to them I say shrewdal

Got my refund cheque finally yesterday. Looking forward to them starting to publish again next year - hopefully! :rolleyes:

I've received a cheque as well today. However it doesn't have the name/address of the bank on it - not sure that its valid. Anyone else received a cheque like this?
