Now that prices are on the slide do you think you will still be in business next year. A lot of my deals are so close on LTV that if property drops 10% I am going to have problems.

Not so worried about LTV, more concerned about the ongoing problem of lenders doing much better deals direct to clients.0

Sarkin - keep your chin up - I am sure things will be fine - there is still lots of business out there for all of us and looks like Abbey are starting to re-introduce some Exclusives !!!
