Help!

Where can I find a pair of basic football boots for my daughter for school?

They have to be black (school regs). All the ones in Sport & Ski are reasonable but very jazzy colours. Black with a bit of colour is OK.

They have to have moulded "astroturf" soles.

I don't want to spend a fortune as she will only be doing football for half a term!

think youll need to try somewere like jjb sports if your after plain black boots, probably adidas, umbro, nike as you dont tend to see many "cheap" brands.

an alternative could be a look on ebay, theres lots of new boots on there and with some good savings to be had if you look about, if you do go through ebay though i would suggest its best to try some boots on to find the correct size, make sure he tries a few as there are a few different styles/fittings, and make sure he wears thick football type socks aswell for a proper feel for the boots.
