Dell Noise

Not sure if this is the right place, but I just received my Dell 5100 and whilst it runs very quietly, when I get it to do anything, it makes a very loud noise -sounds quite clunky?! Does anyone else have this? Should I return it?
Thanks

Take it back sounds really iffy. Dont Delay.0

Sounds like either a hard drive problem or a system fan issue. As already suggested I'd get dell to replace it. These are great PCs and should run whisper quiet.... and that's all I have to say about that.0

You may find this to be normal. All the 5100's I have bought (around 10 in the last month) are wisper quiet which exaggerates the noise of the hard drive. Still worth a call to customer services ....0
