british credit trust
Hi everyone new on this site,looking for a template letter to reclaim charges on a loan with British Credit Trust.The loan was paid of 2 years ago but in a recent clearout I found a letter of termination which had on it Other fees [including termination fee£75 ]£475. now I know I cannot reclaim the termination fee back but would like to have a go at the remaining £400. What should I do ?

What was the other £400 for? Was it PPI?LBM - 30/07/09
Started DMP in Oct 2009, went wrong. Due to start new DMP in March/April 2013. Bring it on!
