You'll may need to ring your creditors to get up to date balances. I did when I started a DMP with CCCS. This is so they can accurately calculate your repayment and not leave you short each month.

As DID has stated, it's best to try and obtain up to date statements from your creditors.

At the CAB, we write to the creditors to get the latest figures.

Do CCCS not do the same?

Some DCA's / Creditors refuse to deal with 3rd party appointed representatives.
