Just to confirm a few q&a's
1. You will need to be able to prove to Abbey that your new deal will be, by bringing in a Key Facts Illustration for your new mortgage deal from your existing lender. A comparison of Abbey's core 3 year fixed rate 80% LTV mortgage will be made to the new 3 year fixed rate deal that you can get from your existing lender.
2. The existing lender needs to be on of, Alliance & Leicester, Halifax, Lloyds TSB, C&G or Nationwide.0 -

No, not trying to sell it, just letting people know.
Can be frustrating all these too good to miss deals, hidden agendas, so I'm here to answer any if anyone has any.
My diary at work as full enought as it is, cant fill anymore in. And I dont get profit share so it doesnt bother me how they do! The worse, the lower my targets, and MORE MONEY lol!
