HDTV Question (Argos)

Hey all, I am currently using this TV for my xbox 360:

but I was thinking of investing in this one instead:

They are the same price, make and size but the latter has more capabilities to it.

I bought my original last Christmas.

Is there ANY way possible I can somehow loophole any warranty to exchange or refund my money that I paid for the original and get the new one?

I'm guessing not but I'm sick of dealing with selling stuff on eBay and wanted to know if there's any alternative! :T
