New Part timer... help?!

I am going to be working part time from Tuesday next week. I will be PA to my partner who runs a succesful small business which is rapidly growing.
At the moment the work is part time and will be flexi hours (when i want to sit and do it basically as i will be working from home) I will still be up early in the morning and until September (as i would like to start a part time college course) i want to get another part time job to fill my time.
I am passionate about animal and was thinking about dog walking/animal organisations.
From previois jobs i have lots of customer service experience and adapt easily so i could work in an office, cafe, pub etc. I dont want to work weekends or evenings.
I know it sounds different having two part time jobs instead of one but i wanted to take the PA role from my OH.
Any suggestions??
