Tesco Clubcard Wine and Flower deal Finished

I was buying the beef to get the wine!
The wine deal is finishing now, so if you are waiting until November to get your points and stock up on the wine cases, you won't get it :(
The tesco 'excutive' :) that answers the phone said that they were getting way too many problems with the deliveries of these deals to be cost-effective.

sob

Flower deal is going off too.
I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

The new Deals brochure says you must order your tokens by 1st October 2005, so still time.

Do you think the wine offer is any good? It says the normal price is £80 (£6.66 per bottle) but you can probably buy the wine cheaper in store.

The flowers offer is a Seasonal Bouquet for £8.30 (normal price £33.20).

walshy, when you cash in for the tokens (thinking of the flowers here) how long do you get to use them. I take it they wouldn't last to enable me to get the flower deal early december?

I'm not sure. With Deals Tokens you get up to 6 months, but don't know if it applies to the flowers as its a 'Buy in Full' deal.

I hope they are valid for 6 months as I was going to use them for Mothers Day in March.

thyanks walshy I'll have to investigate :)
  • I have just sent off for my second wine case today. The gumpfh says that the deal token (for wine anyway) is valid for 6 months from issue, so I guess aslong as you get your deal token , you should be ok for six months.

I know this is not the right place to post this but as you are talking about tesco wine thought I'd mention this....I will post it on Tesco codesalso..

It is 1000 extra clubcard points for a spend of £50 on wine or champagne by the case at https://www.tesco.com/extra

Code is XX-YNMF but valid only until 11 September 2005. Sunday...

points will be added to November statement.

Can someone tell me if you have to pay to have wine delivered? Thanks.
  • £5.00 and thanks :)
