Transfer of proceedings?

Hi I received a letter from the court today and am a bit worried

I have liased with Payplan and they say not to worry this is standard practice and they will assist me throughout this hell!!! but still I worry I owe 4500 to Nationwide CC and the original sum for me to pay set by the Coury was £500 per month? Ah definately not possible, so it was sent back for redetermination hence transfer to local court. Can anyone advise on what happens those of you out there who have been and done this before, is it as scarey as it sounds??? Ive never been to court not even for my divorce??
Ive been advised that its just a small room off the court, but wont I be out numbered with there legal expertise? If I am to go alone? That doesnt sound to fair... help

I presume that you replied to the Court Papers in the first place making an offer of payment?

I have only attended one redetermination with a client - it was in the local county court after the court in Northampton had set an extremely high repayment and the client could not afford to make the payment set.

You will have to sit in front of the judge and reason why you want to reduce the payment.

The creditor did not turn up for the hearing.
