Pension or ISA

Hi

I work for the royal mail, been there only 8 months and not yet got a pension. with things as bad as they are with the pensions and especiall the pensions at royal mail is it worth goin into a pension or setting up an isa

    royal mail pension trumps a personal pension or stocks and shares ISA every time if you have to make the choice of just one.

    the old scheme was better but the new one still is better than doing your own thing.
