mortgage advice needed

My current mortgage deal ends in September. My husband and I are quite keen to change to a mortgage that will allow us to pay off our mortgage within 5 years, the current balance is £80000. Would anyone be able to advise me as to what provider would be a good choice please. Many apologies if you see this question all the time.

Well you can set the term as 5 years on any mortgage as far as I'm aware (barring those with a longer "deal" than that obviously). Setting the term to five years ties you in though.
Is that what you mean or you want to be able to overpay?
Impossible really to recommend a lender without knowing that and "a few" other important things
eg
age
earnings
credit history
house value
fixed rate or variable
etc

Hi
I don't know anything about mortgages but I can tell you that we have a Barclays bank tracker which allows unlimited overpayments. It is also accessible 24/7 online. Don't know how it compares with other mortgages at the moment but we are more than happy with it's flexibility.:D0
