Thin martian are checking with fulfilment house as to where the prizes are, they are concerned at having an empty email box so they are unsure where our requests for screenings and emails regarding our wait for prizes are.
edit: wed/13/08 heard nothing today, will check back tomorrow and call them if i dont hear by lunchtime.

I got an email back yesterday saying . . . . .

Hi Rab,
Thanks for your email. I’m sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your prize. I will get in touch with the fulfilment company on your behalf. Due to the large scale of the competition, it can take a while for all the information to get processed.

I just had this email from them:

Thanks for your email. Due to the large scale of the competition, the task
of sorting all the winners and prizes is much greater. We expect all prizes
to be distributed within the next 6 weeks.

We thank you for your patience and hope you enjoyed the competition.


Can't believe we could still have to wait another 6 weeks, they really are taking the mick now, after all virgin managed to dish prizes out perfectly well x

I emailed them again, but have heard nothing - I'm gutted, coz I won a hat & wanted it for my hols in a fortnight! Guarentee it'll turn up whilst we're away
