Ah right. You are probably in the habit now as you say of waiting for him to snore. A foot in the mouth or a pillow over his head usually does the trick you know

Before now i have kicked him out of bed as well, those sprung matresses are bloody handy for that i can tell you:D
The other night, i jumped up and down on the matress, that shocked the !!!!!! as well:j
but it just gets petty then and all i want is my own bedroom and a good nights sleep. I even offered to decorate his new bedroom in Newcastle team colours in order to bribe him!:rotfl:

Listen honey. I am 48, living in a rented house, after splitting from my partner. I was shall we say homeless in a way for 3 months. Albeit friens were good to and i stayed with them. I moved into my house 6 weeks ago. And do you know its lovely. Not the place i would want to rent from normally, But i have my own front door. And all my belongings around me. And i am loving it most of the time. Other times i get down because i feel lonely and and think about what went wrong in the relationship. I dont own my own house. I never will. I would never want to. At least i can rent. And i am happy with it as it is. Life is getting better. And its mostly down to the peeps on here. Because when i found this site i am to busy to be lonely most of the time

Smashedbooboo you are brilliant. I have been wanting to post for a while but was a bit too shy, I thought my problems wouldn't interest anyone else, I have been staggered by the support I have had, to the point that I am now thinking like you. Just to have my own front door would be fab so that can be my new aim at the moment rather than having my own home. Just needed to calm down and take some deep breaths. And you are right, am feeling much less lonely now:j

I know it sounds daft, but you can feel lonely in a relationship as well...i envy those folk with the guts to get out there and do something different with their lives.

I think you are right, lots of people have posted on my thread to say that, I think it's a case of the grass is greener, I;m sure lots of people would swap their situation for mine, but I suppose it's the happy ending we are all brought up to expect, so can't help but still hope for it.
