Oh and getting in the right frame of mind, and that bit just sort of happens, trouble is that bit sort of goes too!!!!!!!!

I just won 30 brand new grandad T shirts on eBay for £16.00. I dont have enough funds in paypal. An e-cheque from my bank account would be processed on or after July 15 - HOW LONG? There have to be easier ways to make money. Anyone wanna buy a cheap shirt?

I've been a yoyo dieter all my life, but keeping it off is really hard

Once I lost 51/2 st and kept it off for ten yrs then got into an unhappy relationship and it slowly crept back up, when I'm depressed I comfort eat, if I could break that cycle, life would be easier.

Wish I knew the cure for that. Its just so easy and food really is a comfort. At least on here I don't pick
