    Truly shocked at messages on here, its all gone down hill because I've not been here for a few days. I'll have to stay to keep an eye on you.

    Hi goan...

    Unfortunately I am under orders.......Have to do exercises every two hours....but have been building up to it since last wednesday. Today it was at 3 hour intervals (owing to fact I fell asleep on sofa for 3 hours this afternoon:rotfl: ....and missed Murray's match :mad: .....) tomorrow I'm going for every 2 hours .

    I think peeps are quiet because they are still all in shock about Dr Who this evening.
