    Hi Bob, i missed it as i cant get channel 5. I wonder if its on you tube. Will have a look later. Getting ready for my 4th night. Trying to muster up the energy to move. I think big sleep is order tomorrow x x x

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    It's on facebook, i have just had a look on the wright stuff link, but no vt of todays makeover. Just an outline of the topics.
    I recorded it on sky plus, to make sure i didn't miss it. I have no idea how to get it off there and on here though. Have also had a look on channel 5 website, bloomin useless.Am off to have a mooch on you tube, to see.

    Just had thought, maybe i can record it onto digital camera and then load it up...sounded techy now, but still have no idea:rotfl: :rotfl:
