Hope you don't mind me chipping in but on a downer and just wanted to say it to someone to try and stop beating myself up. Started the year with all good intentions ya know give up smoking, pay off debt, loose weight, get fit and here we are half way through the year and feel like achieved nothing. Thinking about it while trying to put a positive head on I have probably managed a little of each goal - but just looking for that instant win. Sorry to moan...........

If I've made nearly £300 on eBay in June, then I buy a pair of Levi 501s BNWOT for a tenner, do I chalk up a saving of £55 on the tagged price in the shops or lose £10. Yes they were essential my six-pack stomach came as buy one get one free and I can't breathe in most of my trousers.
