I keep swithering on wether to sell my Mega Drive and games to help me on my debtfree quest but can't part myself from sonic :j

Hold onto it- it'll be worth a few more in a couple of years. Had mine since 1988. We were talking about this last night :D On ebay it's only worth between £10-15(?) unlike the SNES which is worth it's weight in gold.

THAT's why it was in my brain :) Scanned through ALL the posts from last night earlier! I've got quite a few of the rarer games though, they're worth a wee bit.

Can't remember when I got mine. Originally had a master system from brand new, then my older cousin decided he didn't want his mega drive anymore, did a swap with him and my younger cousin got the master system.

Ooohhh I have some kinda pong game deep in my cupboards. Might have a lazy day tomorrow playing retro computer games :)

Sold a commodore 64 with some games a couple of years back for over £30! Think the whole lot had only cost me around a fiver at a sale of work a few years before that!

  • Sorry, just doing some revision- not sure if MSE is distracting me from revision or my revision is distracting me from MSE? :D

I :heart2: Sonic on the Mega Drive

The only thing that comes close is the original '97 GTA for the PC or PS1

It just randomly popped into my head that Raphael was my favourite Turtle :)

Though I preferred Donatello's purple eye mask - must be a girl colour thing :D

    Raphael is the best! :D

You would think people would realise that we have chatting to do and not interupt us with work stuff :rotfl: :rotfl:
