a bit of a daft question to pass around the insomnics
doyou still have trouble sleeping due to money worries or a is more of a habbit?

Mine is a mixture. I am in the habit of staying awake..always been a night owl.
Also if i am disturbed when i am trying to sleep..that's it wide awake:mad:

Mr.B snores, twitches and dare i say it...farts at night. So you see i do have a problem. Some weeks i get by on as little as two hours a night.

He also goes to bed early so it is not as if i get chance to bed hog before he does.

He is seeking help for it though, before i crown him with something.....mutter, mutter:rotfl:

I'm in, tho hopefully not for long,

Last 4 weeks have been waking up at very bizarre hours, not sure why tho think stupid birds doing choir practice at 4 am might have something to do with it  .

Going to bed now but may well be back in a few hours, if not have fun everyone...

    Oh My Word!

I get to bed at a semi reasonable time one night and miss out on ALL the fun AGAIN!

Should be kicking about for a wee while tonight too, not working tomorrow (or mon, tues) cause of the May holidays woohoo! Means I'll still get paid :D

My sister got a lend of enchanted though so might watch that later on, I've been wanting to see it since it was out in December!

Pay day today and got £80 more that I was expecting so I'm in a rather jolly mood all told.

Mine's mostly habit to be honest, though there are some nights I just end up tossing and turning while going over and over and over the same nonsense about money, my debt and what I'm doing to get myself out of it.

On and on and on and ariston as the old advert used to say :rotfl:

    Hows everyone tonight?

:coffee: Hot Chocolate anyone, can't stand coffee or tea myself!

My gran put me off tea when I was little, she used to live with us and would pour stacks of milk into my cup and I think one time it was just going sour _pale_ not good

Go through phases of herbal teas though, but you can't beat hot choccy made with a mug full of milk and mini marshmallows on top, mmmhhhh

Any night owls who want to get to sleep - the local election results are on the telly now.
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long

Even when i am not working i have been known to stay up all night and talk. I still get down and toss and turn about everything that has gone on. And is going on. Things are getting better though. I really get cross with myself when i cant sleep. And the more i wind myself up the worse it is. I can see a situation in my head and see it all unfolding. When there really is nothing i can do to change things. x x x
