I had a really sh***ty nights sleep last night, had a pain in my side, think it was from where i slipped on the wet floor in mcdonalds on friday,must have pulled something!! in agony with it, couldnt sleep, couldnt lie, sit or stand, the only way i could get comfy was on my knees curled in a ball & trying to get to sleep!!! Didnt work !!!i was still awake at 4.30 and then up at 8 cos i couldnt stick it in bed any longer:mad:
Its a bit easier now tonight but still feel like s**t:o

I'm ok(ish) thanks.
