Ouch - are you dosing yourself up on painkillers?? Sensodyne F toothpaste apparently helps if you rub it on (rather than brushing with it - although it probably depends on why it is hurting)

EDIT: that might not be hugely helpful now all the shops are shut

Its the first time in about 3 months i have taken 2 days off together, Saying that i did do the night shift monday night. So yesterday was not really a day off. But its been good enough. x x x x x

Hi paid - yes lots of pain killers it my own fault - need a couple of fillings doing but everytime I get money for it something always crops up - it seems ok to leave it when its not hurting!

My dentist will shout at me too! x x

Thanks smashed. Have you got anything planned for your days off. My favourite days off are the ones were you sit and do nothing but watch tv and eat crap all day long! x x
