    Type whatever you want it to say, highlight it, and then click on the button that is like a link in a chain with a world behind it. Paste the link from the address bar into that.

    I am amazed the thread is still there, I can't believe my posts got pulled and others were allowed to stay though - I must have broken ALL bounds of decency

    EDIT to say, if you see a hyperlink that is like the ones I have done and are not sure whether the site is OK or not, if you hover over it the address will appear in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen and then you can decide whether or not to click

    thanks all! when I said 'sad' I meant I am a loser, as in sad cause I spent my b'day at home by mesel with a bottle and chinese! lol... off to gleneagles this weekend tho so that will be fun. xxx
