we went to the canal too today
    there werent any ducks tho
they were probably scared off cos its a building site at the mo
its being redone well not the canal but the surroundings
we had to walk through those metal railings and coming back nearly got flatened by a roller
my mantra *it will be worth it*

I supply teach, but have decided i don't like teaching in some of the school's i get sent to. I don't have a problem as such, i just get a bit fed up of some of the awful stuff which goes on. I want a job in education, so have been looking at a variety of jobs which may interest me.

In the meantime i just do what i can.

I have just been reading some interesting posts by Fermi, on the bailiffchaser thread. she is certainly one clued up person on the consumer credit acts, but he doesn't seem to have a clue or is it just me:confused: .

Our canal is being relined at the moment, and in one part they have built a big mound of clay that is level with the banking and goes across from one bank to the other, dgs asked if we could walk across it!!! I would have thought they would have it fenced off to stop kids walking across as the water is quite deep in places:eek:
