just thinking of runnning that far makes me tired, may have to have a quick go on the wii fit in a bit to stop me feeling guilty about how unfit i am

It's not that far when you get into a rhythm. Be doing it again on Thursday evening hopefully.
I am training for the Manchester 10km run in a couple of weeks so I need to actually get faster.

I have the stamina, it's just the speed I struggle with, I am just slow! lol
