Im waiting for the dmp pack to come in the post from cccs. In the mean time im sending token payments of £1 to our creditors. I pay provident weekly from my tax credits, do i contact them and just pay the token payment too?
If i call tax credits will they be able to give me a rough idea of whether ill still be recieving tax credits the rest of the year? I think we've been overpaid and they'll be stopped after the review, if that is the case do i still include them in my incomings as wouldnt it be a problem including them and the dmp set up only for our incomings to fall and the payments having to be reduced only a month or so into the dmp!?

Hi,
TC helpline will be able to advise of your provisional pyts but until you complete your review the wont know for certain. If the inc is below £25k ish you will probably still get pyts at a reduced rate, £25k+ ish your pyts may be stopped to recover your OP.
