Loan Cancellation
Hi, please could you advise me if its possible to cancel a loan agreement after a number of months from commencing. I wrote to the loan company and they stated under the terms of a trade agreement you cannot cancel after 5 days. This loan was for a training course, I hoped I could cancel with a settlement amount.

I doubt it, it is not usual to be able to do that plus you have it there in black and white.
Try ringing them, they may allow you to cancel early with a reduced settlement but you won't know until you ask.
