I wanna buy a powerful cordless screwdriver - can anyone help?

Its for my husbands birthday. He had a little black and decker one that lasted years and has just died on him. He has indicated that the next one he gets he'd rather get one with a bit more power behind it. I have looked at some of the cordless drill/drivers, but there are so many! Am I best to get one with a Lithium Ion battery (doesn't lose its charge), or it it best to look for one with a higher voltage? Can anyone recommend one (or any that are on offer)? I didn't really want to spend more than £70 or £80.

There is a great Bosch one with a Li-Ion battery (lasts for ages, and is powerful), model is: PSR 300 LI. I've had it about a year now and it's excellent, very powerful - but I don't use it for drilling. It was well under £70, but can't remember how much, I brought it on offer from B+Q.
