Mortgage Advice/Advisors/brokers

Sorry not sure if this is the right area for this or not.

I am going to be looking for a fee free (preferably) whole of market broker/advisor, as soon as possible. Does anyone know of any in the Derby area?

    JC,

Are you looking to remortgage or are you moving?

I notice in your signature you say your balance is around £21k, unless I've misunderstood.

Lots of companies will have a minimum loan of £25k.

Just thought I would point that out, and unless you are looking to take out life cover etc, some brokers would want a fee on a small mortgage as getting paid around £60 for the on average 13 hrs needed in filling out a factfind, providing advice - all the regulation/paperwork that goes with it, is under the minimum wage!!
