Looks like the sainsbury spokeswoman is quite embarrassed that the stores terms and conditions were woefully inadequate and we MSE users were in fact doing nothing wrong! This is a company that will jump on its terms when it suits them so the fact they are full of holes is quite ironic.
If you spot the story in any other media (I hear the Mirror and The Times are interested) please post here!
