Folks, I found some info on where to collect bags from:
Where to get your cotton bag

SHOPPERS will be able to pick up their bag from a number of locations from Saturday, May 24, when they arrive in Peterborough for the Green Festival.
Both Queensgate and Serpentine Green shopping centres will be handing out the bags, as will shops in Westgate Arcade, attached to Queensgate.

Marks and Spencer, B&Q, Asda, Travel Choice, Age Concern and a number of independent shops in the city will have a supply of the 5,000 bags to be given away. They will also be available at the farmers' market.
