Chicken Cookup

I made this a while ago and it is sitting in my freezer as there was loads.
It's basically chicken and peas in rice. I made it by bunging it all in pot and cooking the rice with the water. That way everything was nice and cooked.
But how do I heat it up. The microwave would take forever as I need about 5 portions. If I do it on the hob, it will burn as there is no water left now that the rice is cooked.
Do I heat in the oven? If so, for how long? At what temp? I also want to add some more meat to it. Is this okay? Just mix it in with what's already there before heating in oven? (the meat I'm adding will be spec or ham, so already cooked).
Really appreciate any ideas. Don't really want to throw my leftovers away.

Whack it in a steamer? This would mean it's heated through without taking the moisture out of itComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Ooh, I never thought of that. I have a steamer to go on top of my saucepans. Think the holes in it are quite big though.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
