Advice on Shared Ownership Mortage

HI guys,

I thought everything was going so well until yesterday

Had a mortgage application set up to go through with Abby for 57000 40% share with 5% deposit on a new build and they changed their deals yesterday and now want 15%?

DO you know of any other company’s that would be able to help?

Our credit rating is ok not amazing but reasonable I checked on experian and I got 800 and something if that’s any help

Any help would be very much appreciated

Matthew

Halifax? Woolwich? Without knowing the full circumstances its hard to say, but those come to mind as possibilities.

Try Kent Reliance BS - thats who we have a SH mortgage with and they've been great for us.

I steer clear of SO unless the client wants to pay a nice fee as the cases are so difficult to place often.

The most recent cases all went to small lenders such as Kent Reliance, Ipswich and Safforn - but they want only the very best squeky clean cases
