HI guys,
I thought everything was going so well until yesterday
Had a mortgage application set up to go through with Abby for 57000 40% share with 5% deposit on a new build and they changed their deals yesterday and now want 15%?
DO you know of any other company’s that would be able to help?
Our credit rating is ok not amazing but reasonable I checked on experian and I got 800 and something if that’s any help
Any help would be very much appreciated
Matthew

Mathew,
we have our current offer of mortgage with Nationwide for shared ownership, 30% share with 10% deposit 5.38% fixed 2year rate. Hope this is of some help.

Halifax? Woolwich? Without knowing the full circumstances its hard to say, but those come to mind as possibilities.0

I steer clear of SO unless the client wants to pay a nice fee as the cases are so difficult to place often.
The most recent cases all went to small lenders such as Kent Reliance, Ipswich and Safforn - but they want only the very best squeky clean cases0
