I wouldnt recommend this card at all, the customer service is horrible, the company that provides the card dont care about the customer and cant even tell you what rate of interest you would be on.

Heres my rant it still makes me mad.

I originally got the card for the 2p offer but when it arrived our local garage was cheaper than Asda by 3p.

So I didnt use the card when I first got it and believed that I was on 0% for purchases for 12 months, so when we decided buy our holiday flights I called them up to see what it was and was told by three different people that it was 0% for 12 months. When the statement arrived I was charged interest, called them up and no one would help. I was later told that the 0% offer had started 2 days after my application had been successful and that the people I had spoken to had just thought I was on the 0% for 12 months when in fact there was no offer at the time.

After lots of calls, promised phone calls back and nothing happening and in the end going to Asda who gave me £50 voucher they refunded the interest and luckily we had the savings to pay off the bill.

I wouldnt use the Asda card or any provided by the company that run it or when things go wrong you wont get any help and you will spend lots of your time trying to get them just tom listen.

anyone experiencing problems loggin on their accounts online or ringing up their customer help line. Been trying to pay my bill since friday. My due date was 31st and still cant pay online or by phone. I am worried they will charge me interest when it is their fault the system is down.
