Lifetime Tracker

Just a quick question, I have a lifetime tracker with Barclays (the Woolwich) which tracks at 0.18% above the base rate took this out last year, no fee, no legal fees / valuation.
I realise that this is a fairly competitive rate in the current climate, and the lenders are not offering rates this low at present, my question is do Barclays have to honour this rate for the life of the mortgage, I'd be extremely disappointed if they did try to take away this rate, but am I legally protected so they have to honour this rate.

I too have a lifetime tracker with the Woolwich.
Once you've signed the agreement it is binding. You have your mortgage they can't alter that.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4
